  Ordered only 10 piece wings and garlic knots at 7:15pm and they said it would only take 10-15min. Got there at 7:30pm and the person seemed to be confused as to what I ordered. He had to ask me what I ordered and then I saw him out the garlic knots into the oven a few minutes after I had been already waiting which means they weren't ready at all. Waited another 10 minutes with some other unhappy customers that were waiting but the guy was too busy talking to the waitress about personal matters. Finally paid, left, and got home only to find out that the person didn't even put the marinara sauce in with the garlic knots. I called them, and they put me on hold and I asked for the manager, was on hold for 5 minutes before someone spoke to me and told me the manager couldn't get to the phone. I explained what happened and she didn't even apologize. All she said is that they were busy. Did not apologize at all for the service or missing item. Then, she asked me for my name again and put me on hold again. At this point, I'd have been on the phone for a good 8 minutes and was not going to wait any longer. They seem very disorganized and I understand busy, but the least you can do is apologize to your customers instead of making excuses.
  
  Needless to say, I'm never going back there again.
